Please allow up to two (2) business days for us to process your order and send you a confirmation.

SALES AND RETURN POLICIES:

A 50% deposit is required - check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover (must be in the designer's name).
Full payment is required upon ordering if goods are to be drop-shipped or picked up by an installer, etc.
Balance due upon receipt of goods. Merchandise must be picked up within 10 days from notification of arrival.
Designer is responsible for final inspection prior to install and/or fabrication - absolutely no claims on labor.
Overage subject to 25-30% restock plus return freight.
No cancellation or returns on fabrics, borders, cut rolls, blinds, trims, carpet or furniture.
